“Dark blue cherries, violets, and milk chocolate on the nose - enticing and opulent. Super perfumed, jumping from the glass. Supple and lively, with bright acidity giving a crisp outer shell and direct, linear core. Cooling mint freshness and a dusting of salinity add finesse. Muscular yet smooth, well-built with strong backbone and spice. First Pavillon with such a high level of Petit Verdot and Cabernet Franc, adding structure. Concentrated but refined, with real tension. An excellent Pavillon.”
